Cherry Blossom Season in Taiwan - 2017 Sakura Series [Travel in Taiwan 170408: Orange Garden Cafe (橘咖啡)]

#5yearsinTaiwan

How to get here: Board the Taipei MRT and alight at Jiantan Station. Transfer to Bus S19 and get off at Falun Temple (法輪禪寺). Orange Garden Café is only a one minute walk from the bus stop. Visitors can also board Bus 303 and alight at Pingdeng Village (平等里) but it will be a 900 meter walk uphill to reach the restaurant.

Status of flowering: 80-90% of the flowers are in bloom.

Crown control is being implemented in the restaurant.  Visitors have to wait before they can enter the place.  I waited for at least 30 minutes.

Visitors who have just entered the gate.

The flowering of the yoshino cherry blossoms this year was better than 2016.

Haha!

Oh sakura!

Wow!

The sakuras were not yet in full bloom but the weather was perfect for a cherry blossom viewing experience.
